Greetings from the edge,

I have really been getting into punishing plastic people of late. I’m slowly making inroads into my pile of shame, and with a little Energon, and a lot of luck, I should have some images of my handiwork pretty soon.

I have even got a couple of books on photography from the library, so if the photos look awful, it will still be a skill issue, just a different skill issue.

I’ve been busy creating content and writing, and you can expect a new article to go live on Wednesday. This one is for Crying Is a Free Action. I’m also working on another article for The Chop Shop, examining those times when maybe, just maybe, the monster had a point.

I’m still trying to figure out what all this heresy business is about and why some bloke named Horus is such a big deal. I’m currently about a quarter of the way through False Gods by Graham McNeill. It’s a lot of fun, which, considering it’s a grimdark tale of a son rebelling against his father after being corrupted by primordial chaos, is quite something.

I’m also reading The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty. The original plan was to compare the book and the film side-by-side, as I did with The Silence of the Lambs, and I’m still doing that, but I didn’t expect the book to be as good as it is. Early reports suggest that, shock horror, the bibliophile is going to let loose with his mating cry of “The book was better!”

That’s about it from the broom cupboard for now.

See you in the margins,
